Trump has brought epic-scale death, suffering, and economic collapse to the USA. This is not happening in every country around the world. But it is happening in the United States. Your country is the where you're the most likely to die from this disease. You are the ones with the most shattered economy, that has amplified the income disparity that already existed. You have a leader that is morally and mentally unfit to be in the Oval Office.
